These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Valley Builders Las Vegas website and your engagement with our services. By contacting us, requesting a quote, or entering into a contract with Valley Builders Las Vegas, you agree to these terms.
1. About Valley Builders Las Vegas
Valley Builders Las Vegas is a licensed general contractor in the State of Nevada (License No. LC#0091530), providing residential and commercial renovation, remodeling, and construction services in the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
2. Estimates and Proposals
• All estimates and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Estimates are based on the scope of work described at the time of the estimate. Changes to scope will result in a change order.
• A signed contract and accepted proposal is required before any work begins.
• Valley Builders Las Vegas is not responsible for costs arising from unforeseen conditions discovered during construction (e.g., water damage, mold, structural issues, code violations) unless specifically included in the signed contract.
3. Payment Terms
• Payment schedules are outlined in each individual contract.
• Accepted payment methods: Zelle, ACH/credit card via QuickBooks, or wire transfer.
• Payments are due on the dates specified in the contract. Late payments may result in work stoppage.
• All change orders must be approved and signed before additional work is performed.
• A materials deposit may be required prior to project commencement.
4. Change Orders
Any changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented in a written change order, signed by both parties, before work proceeds. Verbal agreements for changes are not binding. Valley Builders Las Vegas reserves the right to adjust project timelines based on approved change orders.
5. Client Responsibilities
• The client is responsible for providing accurate project information and timely decisions on specifications, material selections, and approvals.
• The client is responsible for obtaining HOA approval and any required permits unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Client-provided materials must be delivered to the job site on agreed dates. Delays in material delivery may affect project timelines at no fault of Valley Builders Las Vegas.
• The client must ensure site access for Valley Builders Las Vegas and authorized subcontractors during agreed working hours.
6. Permits and Code Compliance
Where permits are required and included in the scope of work, Valley Builders Las Vegas will obtain the necessary permits. All work is performed in compliance with applicable Nevada building codes. The client is responsible for any permits or approvals not included in the signed contract.
7. Appointment Scheduling and Text Notifications
Valley Builders Las Vegas uses Calendly for appointment scheduling. When you book a consultation or appointment through our Calendly link, you may receive automated confirmation and reminder texts from Calendly. Direct text messages from Valley Builders Las Vegas are manual and project-related only.
1. You can cancel SMS communications from us at any time by replying "STOP" to any text message. We will confirm your unsubscription. To opt back in, simply reach out to us directly.
2. If you are experiencing issues, reply "HELP" or contact us directly at Info@ValleyBuildersVegas.com or (702) 514-0389.
3. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency is low and project-related only. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your plan.

8. Warranty
• Valley Builders Las Vegas warrants all labor and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of project completion.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by client misuse, client-supplied materials, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear.
• Manufacturer warranties on materials and appliances are passed through to the client and are subject to the manufacturer's terms.
9. Limitation of Liability
Valley Builders Las Vegas' liability is limited to the value of the contracted work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the project or use of our website. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to material shortages, subcontractor availability, weather, or permit delays.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from a contract with Valley Builders Las Vegas will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration under Nevada law before any litigation. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
11. Website Use
• The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding estimate or contract.
• Valley Builders Las Vegas makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of website content.
• Unauthorized use or reproduction of website content is prohibited.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
